Simply put, we know what it’s like to have a great ad, business, or general idea in mind but not know where to take that idea next. At Film/Face, we will work directly with you on your idea and make sure that the project you choose to take on with us is YOUR project, and not something we take and run away with. We pride ourselves on being much more personal and hands on with our clients, all at a price that won’t force you to reconsider whether or not your big idea is worth it in the first place.

 I HAVE AN IDEA, BUT I’M NEW TO ALL THIS… HOW DOES THIS WORK?

The first thing you’ll want to do is check out our SERVICES section and figure out which service your big idea might benefit the most from. For example: Opening up a brand new deli? You could probably benefit from pretty much all of services, but maybe a website and a logo right away to brand your deli and get some internet love for your store. Once you think you have an idea of what service you’d like to use, head over to our CONTACT page and drop us a line! We’ll get back to you ASAP with some ideas and prices for your work!

HOW MUCH WILL MY PROJECT COST ME?

Just like every project has a different flavor, color or theme, so does the type of work and time that must go into it to make it great. Though it would be impossible to summarize the costs associated with every single project here, rest assured, after we have spoken with you about your project and cemented exactly what it is you might be going for, we will work with you to provide you a quote that works for you! And again, our quotes are certainly much more affordable than what you’d be able to find with another company!

DO I PAY EVERYTHING UP FRONT OR…?

After our consultation, we will provide you with our standard rate sheet and personalized quote for your project. Upon agreement of the quote terms, you’ll send us 50% of the total and we’ll get started on your project straight-away. Once the work has been completed, we will provide you with an applicable sample of the final work. If you’re satisfied, you’ll send us the remainder of the total and we will either ship your project to you or make it live on the web, accordingly.

WHAT WOULD BE THE TURN-AROUND TIME FOR MY PROJECT?

This is a variable amount determinate of the project you choose. More accurate times can be given once we’ve spoken about your specific project.

AM I ALLOWED TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY PROJECT ONCE WE START?

We encourage and promote client participation as often as possible during production. We will update you as we go along with how your project is shaping up. At any time during the process, if you see something you’d like to change that’s within the terms stated by the initial quote, you can make as many changes as you like. For example, color schemes, audio choices, images, and more. Once you’re shown the final product, however, and you agree that you’re satisfied, any further changes past that point will require another quote to be created to meet the work you’d like done.
